Looking at the recent pics posted on the Thaimasstransport blog I though I could clarify a couple of things.
The thing that looks like a cattle van is a C.H covered high sided goods wagon, basically an open goods wagon with a rudimentary roof on it. I believe these are quite rare now. The C.W cattle wagon and its B.C.W Bogie Cattle Wagon equivalent are identifiable by having gaps in the planks right down to the bottom of the sides. Again these are scarce now.
The BV brake van and the C.G covered goods in the orange and white triangle liveries were used to carry 'Dangerous goods' according to a translation of some writing on one of them done by my daughter in law, probably explosives.
I am doing a lot of research on Thai rolling stock at present and have got quite a few drawings in preparation., if anybody needs any help send me a message and I'll see if I can help
